We work with brands to build success

We will work with existing or new brands giving client support on brand strategy, account management, trade marketing, supply chain and back office.

Although every brand or product is different, there are core disciplines which are required to ensure its success.

Our collective experience covers all these disciplines and as an existing supplier to the major retailers, cash and carries and wholesalers, it is easier to get products listed as part of our existing portfolio than by a direct approach. We are embedded in most of accounts and work closely with them on supply chain, NPD, business improvement and category management.

We will discuss and agree appropriate marketing strategies with the brand owner and present a full business plan which will include a P&L and agreed objectives in terms of distribution, volume and profitability.

The brand owner will be responsible for funding all marketing activity but again, this will be part of the integrated business plan.

Account management will be the responsibility of Drinks Brokers and target accounts/trade channels will be agreed with the brand owner.

Once a product is listed, Drinks Brokers will manage the invoicing, supply chain and stock management for the client.

Activity reports will be provided to the client and regular meetings will be held to monitor the business plan and overall brand objectives.
